Rochelle Park's Track Team Wins at NJNCAA Fall Invitational

This fall, the athletes of Sage Alliance's Rochelle Park campus made their mark on the annual NJNCAA Fall Invitational track meet held at Saddle River Park in Bergen County, New Jersey. Competing against high schools from the region, including formidable rivals like Newmark and Center School, Sage Alliance's track team showcased their resilience and talent in a grueling 2.1-mile race event.

The competition employed typical cross-country scoring, with the top five runners from each team contributing to the overall score. Remarkably, Sage Alliance secured the first position with an impressive 28 points, leaving the competition trailing by 25 points. Such consistency at the top of the race ensured that their scores were low, a fundamental aspect of cross-country scoring. The team's ability to have multiple runners excel in the race was indeed an impressive feat.
